<< GO BACK TO TEACHERS MAIN PAGE

Helenrose started her training at Redroofs Theatre School, one of the leading theatre schools in the UK. Whilst studying there she was signed to her first agent and, having been chosen for modelling and television work throughout the country and abroad, she soon realised that performing was her forte. She pursued her childhood dream at the Henley College, where she studied a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts, opening a number of opportunities performing in local theatres, film productions and theatre overseas.

In 2011, Helenrose graduated from the Southern Arts Theatre Centre (STAC), an affiliate of the University of Brighton, receiving a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree (BA Hons) in Theatre Arts in which she focussed predominantly on musical theatre. Throughout her studies on the south coast, she performed in a number of productions for STAC, such as the UK’s biggest dance event MOVE IT at the London Olympia. She also performed at a number of theatres across Brighton and London.

After Graduating, Helenrose has furthered her qualifications and has completed a DDI Teaching Level 3(ISTD) in Modern Theatre Dance and is now studying towards her DDE teaching qualification. Alongside teaching Dance, Singing and Acting at many dance and theatre schools, Helenrose works as a professional dancer and actress, she is soon to feature in a number of period dramas and films.
