Competitions
In 2001 a group of twenty students entered the Mardis Gras Challenge and were selected to
perform in the finals at Sadler’s Wells Theatre. This was a thrilling and
exciting moment for everyone involved and although the group didn’t win, the students will
never forget the experience of dancing on the stage of the theatre which is respected
throughout the world as ‘the home of dance’.
In 2006 we were once again given the opportunity to enter another group of 24 dancers which proved to be just as positive and rewarding as the previous occasion. |
